GETTING VERSION INFORMATION FROM THE CAR |
Before you can download a map update from the website, it is necessary to get the version information of the installed version of your infotainment system in the car, on your USB device, by following these steps:
1. Start the navigation in your car
2. Insert your prepared USB device into the USB socket of the navigation
3. Click on button “Settings”
4. Click on button “Info”
5. Click on button “System Information”
6. Click the button “Map Update”
7. Click “Update by USB device”
8. Click “Save Map Information to USB” and the version information of the infotainment system will be saved on your USB device
9. If the screen message “Export successfully” pop-ups, you can eject the USB device from the infotainment system
